Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website https://davidsjunkremovals.com and to junk removal and hauling services provided by David's Junk Removal LLC ("we", "us") in Tennessee. By using the site or booking a job you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

• Quotes given by phone, text or from photos are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed on site before any work begins, and you may decline at that point at no charge unless a trip fee was agreed in advance.
• Pricing is based on truck volume, weight, access and disposal fees. Items not disclosed before arrival may change the price.

Items we do not accept

We do not remove hazardous materials including paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, fuel, propane tanks, medical waste or anything that cannot be safely handled. You are responsible for identifying such items.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own the items or have the authority to have them removed and that no items of value are mixed in. Once loaded, items become our property and cannot be returned.
• You will provide safe access to the property and disclose stairs, pets and hazards.

Scheduling and cancellations

Arrival windows are estimates. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no shows may be charged a trip fee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major cards and common payment apps.

Liability

David's Junk Removal LLC is licensed (#0439568) and insured. We take care to protect your property and will address any damage caused by our negligence. We are not liable for pre existing damage, for items discarded at your direction, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount paid for that job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.
